A meaningful goodbye, created around the person you love
When someone dies, there is no single way to say goodbye.
Some families want a traditional funeral with familiar hymns and readings. Others want something more personal — filled with stories, laughter, music, photographs and the little details that made their loved one who they were.
Whatever feels right for you, I will work with you to create a ceremony that is personal, thoughtful and true to their life.
My role is not simply to stand at the front and conduct a service. I take the time to listen, to learn about the person you have lost and to understand what you want their farewell to feel like.
Because every life is different, every ceremony I create is different too.
A ceremony as individual as the life it celebrates. I believe a funeral can be both a goodbye and a celebration of a life.
Perhaps your loved one was known for their wonderful sense of humour. Maybe they loved gardening, dancing, football, the sea or a particular place in the countryside. Perhaps there is a story that everyone in the family knows and tells over and over again.
These are the things that make a person.
During our time together, I will gently guide you through the process of remembering their life.
You don't need to know what to say or where to begin.
I'll ask questions, listen carefully and help you bring those memories together into a ceremony that feels authentic to them.
